How Can I Practice Tricky / Nuanced MBE Questions Like Those Recently Tested?!

For the past 2-3 years the MBE has been considered "noticeably more difficult" and has contained a handful of questions - close to 1/4 some say - that have provided the typical "what the heck" moments of "I have never seen or practiced with questions like these before."

The problem was, no available resource would provide questions similar to these tough MBE questions and as such, examinees would practice only what they had / could and would be left in the dark until exam day.

That seems to have come to an end.  The "New 200 questions from NCBE" are the quintessential versions of these nuanced questions.

It appears that we finally have a resource that will provide questions similar to the extremely difficult grouping of questions that we have seen over the past 2-3 years.

The 200 Question examination featured some interesting, nuanced rule statements and topics covered, so it would behoove you to work these into your review.

We have compiled a list of the nuanced areas of law / rules from this batch of 200 questions, contact us to learn more!
